In French, a "pichnet" is a slang term for a little trick or tip, often used on the sports field. Our organization seeks to leverage "little tricks"--namely key investments in the human capital of young people-- to leverage larger social development goals.  Founded in 2016 by two Cameroonian natives, Dr. Parfait Eloundou-Enyegue and Mr. Vincent de Paul Fouda Onguene, our organization works in three key areas, research, youth capacity development, and policy communication, to identify sustainable and contextually appropriate"pichnets" for individuals and communities.
